 Verified In a day and age where quality new construction is hard to find, there is still Shed Mania. They built my office shed in my backyard. John and Song were very helpful to walk me through the process and address my needs. Their pricing is very reasonable.

At one point after their team poured the foundation, it was clear that it was not lined up with the house. They took it upon themselves to fix the slab so that it is aligned. They care a lot about their workmanship.

I went with their standard paint design, the white with black trim, and it is very cute. Inside, the shed is spacious and I can tell the work and materials are of high quality. It's been great working in here so far. I appreciate there are still contractors like Shed Mania out there that are dedicated to quality work.

 Verified Shed Mania did a 18 x 12 shed for us in our backyard. The final product is amazing - great design, workmanship and quality. The crew and project manager were very wonderful to deal with. Incredibly kind and clean. They did very good work. There were a few small hiccups along the way, as there always is with construction, but we worked everything out and are very happy with the finished product. 

Shed Mania handled everything from getting architectural drawings and engineering and handled the permit process with San Jose. I highly recommend them.

 Verified I contacted Shed Mania because we have two kids, a large enough backyard and needed an extra office to retain our sanity while raising young screaming children.  John contacted me after I sent a note through Yelp and he and Song, the design engineer, prepared a quote which included everything we wanted.  

Once they visited our backyard, Song noticed that a deck would be a great addition.  We agreed.  The design was sent over to us for our approval on time and with the entire scope of the project laid out.  

Once the work commenced all of their team acted with courtesy and professionalism.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up very well at the end.  I couldn't be happier with their team and how they operated.

As for the shed, we LOVE IT! We took PG&E out of the equation and made it 100% solar/battery operated WITH heating and AC.  Battery technology has made this type of shed/office the new standard IMO.  Love it.  Screw PG&E!

 Verified I hired Shed Mania to repair and redesign my external one car garage to turn it into an office and storage space. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do, given the space and structure available to be, but John and Song were able to make that real. 

Given their schedule, it took us a month or so to get started, but that fit well within my summer timeframe. Their work ethic, work quality, and finishing skills were awesome. I've had a fair bit of work done on my house and working with a contractor and crew that communicates consistently, arrives when they say they will, and deliver on schedule are unusual. 

As part of planning, there were also opportunities to spec upgrades like wood flooring and dimmers, and have a skylight installed. This resulted in a really special space that provides a lot of value to my home. 

All of this at a reasonable value. I'd highly recommend Shed Mania.

 Verified We're thrilled with our office/gym shed! John and Song were very accommodating throughout the process and worked with us on different iterations of the design. They also took care of the permitting and inspection from start to finish, so we never had to worry about that. There were some hiccups with construction at the start but their team quickly course corrected and finished the job within the promised timeframe.

 Verified We had a fantastic experience with Shed Mania. I was looking for an office shed to put into our backyard in WC. John, Song, and Son were all super helpful throughout the process. They constantly provided updates from the permit process to each stage of the build. The workers were also very respectful of the space. 

I believe we got a 120 sq ft shed, with direct electrical and WiFi. I take meetings and play video games in this space super easily, and it feels so spacious. We also just had our first big rain out here and there have been no issues. I highly recommend Shed Mania!

 Verified The Shedmania team was a pleasure to work with, from the initial conversations and estimates with John, to discussions with Song during construction.  Throughout the process, they were consistently quick with communication and backed up it up by delivering on time and budget.  The only hitch was a small broken drainage pipe, which they immediately fixed for us, no questions asked.  Overall, excellent experience and I'm very happy with the final product.

 Verified Finally got around to write this review.  Best decision we made was to go with Shed Mania. The process with John, Song, and Son was seamless, easy, and just an all around fantastic experience.  The team accommodated changes we had and worked around our schedule.  On top of all of that, we LOVE our sheds.  Highly recommend!
